Profile:

Professional in engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related fields, with at least 7 years of experience in technical leadership roles in AI product development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the full AI product lifecycle, from conception and prototyping to deployment, scaling, and iteration. With a keen strategic mindset and a strong command of the latest AI trends and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies, the candidate will excel at balancing technical execution with user-centric design and business growth objectives.

Technical Requirements:

• English Level: C1 (advanced).
• Deep knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, particularly in data processing, predictive analytics and the latest RAG methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Python and R; advanced knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid experience with distributed system design and microservice architectures, building scalable, high-performance products.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience in creating and managing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to integrate data solutions with external applications.
• Knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience in implementing Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban in product environments.
• Ability to analyze AI and market trends and define product strategies that meet business and market needs.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the AI product development lifecycle, including model training, deployment, and performance monitoring in production environments.
• Proven experience in MLOps practices, automating model training, deployment, and iteration pipelines to scale AI solutions.
• Practical expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including knowledge of vector databases and search engines (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and how to integrate them with generative models for optimized retrieval-based solutions.
• Skills in optimizing AI models for real-world use, including latency and memory management, along with ongoing model monitoring to ensure performance stability.
• Ability to develop AI solutions with user-centered design principles, ensuring explainability, usability, and ethical considerations are integral to product features.

• Compensation: Up to 20,000,000 COP per month, depending on experience.
