Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with national brands, agencies, and regional clients.
- Develop and nurture meaningful ad agency and client relationships on behalf of the company.
- Deliver innovative, high-impact advertising solutions that drive revenue and client success.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and long-term partnerships.
- Strategically manage and grow a national account list of mid-to-large agencies and direct clients.
- Adapt to shifting client needs, market dynamics, and internal priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate resilience in overcoming obstacles and navigating the challenges of a high-performance sales environment.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track and manage sales activity effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to maximize value for both clients and Canela Media.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital video or CTV advertising sales experience.
- Established relationships with brands/agencies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, Digital/Online, and Television.
- Experience in selling programmatic.
- Experience in multicultural media is a plus.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and stay resilient under pressure in a rapidly changing sales environment.
