Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Growth – Develop and execute strategies to upgrade and expand relationships within top enterprise accounts.
- Client Relationship Management – Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Premium Service Delivery – Ensure high-value clients receive white-glove service, customized solutions, and exclusive marketing opportunities.
- Program Alignment – Present and align Canela’s premium marketing programs with client goals and business challenges.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Sales Directors, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Market Insight – Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to better serve enterprise clients.
- Account Reporting – Monitor account performance, pipeline activity, and provide regular updates to the VP of Enterprise.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships.
- Previous advertising agency is highly regarded
- Proven ability to strengthen and expand strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex client needs.
- Deep understanding of media, advertising, or enterprise environments (CTV/streaming experience a plus).
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.
- Comfortable discussing technical product details and articulating value to clients.
