Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with national brands, agencies, and regional clients.
  • Deliver innovative, high-impact advertising solutions that drive revenue and client success.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategically manage and grow a national account list of mid-to-large agencies and direct clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track and manage sales activity effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to maximize value for both clients and Canela Media.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of digital video or CTV advertising sales experience
  • Established relationships with brands/agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on Digital/Online, CTV/OTT, and Television
  • Experience in multicultural media is a plus
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
