Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting professional to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, leveraging Braze to help drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing best practices and a proven track record of success using Braze to drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze, including push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and more
  • Analyze customer and campaign performance data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies across tactics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, product, data, and engineering teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns around key business initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in customer engagement and marketing automation
  • Identify and implement new ways to utilize Braze to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Braze, with a proven track record of conducting successful customer engagement campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience with email marketing, push notifications, and other marketing channels
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content in Spanish and English
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with other marketing activities and automation tools and platforms to drive customer acquisition and customer engagement
  • A creative mindset and a passion for crafting engaging user experiences
  • Up-to-date Braze marketer certifications
