Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing Manager working on the Consumer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in maximizing the power of various media platforms (with an emphasis on CTV) to drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention. Experience with launching series and films within the entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor media spend pacing and provide recommendations to keep on target for achieving KPIs such as CAC, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROI, and additional metrics related to engagement and efficiency
  • Oversee media planning with partners (Roku, Amazon, Google etc.) to craft highly efficient strategies for premieres and consumer-focused initiatives
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports to share with key company stakeholders performance data and identify opportunities to optimize strategies and tactics
  • Develop actionable insights from campaigns and lead road maps for media tests and improvements to performance processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, product, data, and engineering teams to implement integrated campaigns for key business initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in customer engagement and marketing automation
  • Lead ASO and SEO initiatives to drive efficiency and maintain latest creative representation
  • Implement media spend budgets within various platforms and monitor/report weekly pacing

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the streaming industry or app related space
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience with marketing on CTV, using/implementing analytical tools, and other marketing channels
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Collaborative and communicative, with a passion for building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Expertise in managing media investments
  • Hands on keyboard experience with marketing tools such as FB Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Tableau and Apptopia

Bonus Points:

● Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in marketing campaigns

● Familiarity with project management and automation tools to drive efficiencies

● A creative mindset and a passion for crafting engaging user experiences

● Experience with ASO, SEO and consumer research platforms
